EASTBAY Works is a network
of 14 One-Stop Business and Career Centers located throughout
Alameda and Contra Costa Counties in Northern California.
These One-Stop Career Centers are available to the entire
community — businesses, job seekers, youth, and the general
public — at no charge. The One-Stop Centers offer universal
access to core employment services, and referrals directly to
jobs, training, education or other employment services.
Businesses are able to access a variety of services
specifically designed to increase their competitiveness and to
grow their bottom line.

The Regional Occupational Program's Technology Center
offers tuition free, full and part-time Computer Applications
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.), and Web Page Design
classes for adults and high school students in the San
Francisco Bay Area. Classes are designed for beginning to
advanced adult learners who want to learn how to use the
computer or update their existing software skills. No previous
computer experience is required to enroll.
